- Business & billing information — your agency name and, for paid plans, subscription and payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
- Report data you provide — the marketing data you upload or enter (for example, CSV exports and metrics) and the reports generated from it.
- Usage information — basic technical and usage data, such as log data and how you interact with the Service, used to operate and improve it.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Service, including generating reports from your data.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability and quality of the Service.

3. AI processing of your data
To generate report content, the marketing data you submit is sent to a third-party AI provider that analyzes it and drafts commentary. This processing is performed to deliver the core function of the Service. We only send the data necessary to produce your report, and we do not sell your data.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers — with vendors who help us operate the Service, including hosting, database, payment processing (Stripe), and AI processing. They may only use the data to perform services for us.
- Legal reasons — when required to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit and at rest and secure, industry-standard infrastructure. We retain your account and report data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your reports and your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete data or your account, we remove it from our active systems, subject to any legal obligation to retain certain records.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in your account settings, or by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Your clients’ data
Reports may contain data about your clients and their marketing performance. You are responsible for having the appropriate rights and permissions to upload and process that data, and for your own obligations to your clients. We process it on your behalf solely to provide the Service.

10. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy
