1. The Service
LumaReport is a software-as-a-service platform that helps freelancers and agencies generate marketing reports from data they provide (for example, CSV exports from analytics and advertising platforms, or data entered manually). The Service uses automated and AI-assisted processing to analyze your data and draft report content, which you can review, edit, export, and share.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide when registering, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Plans, billing & renewals
The Service is offered on a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel.
- Plan limits (such as the number of reports per month) are described on our pricing page and enforced automatically.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- We may change our prices with reasonable prior notice; changes apply to your next billing period.
4. Your content & data
You retain all rights to the data you upload and the reports you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process any data, including data relating to your clients and their end users.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload data you are not authorized to use, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted for white-label client reporting.
- Use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent reports.
6. AI-generated content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft report commentary and insights. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content before relying on it or sharing it with your clients. LumaReport is a tool to assist your work and does not provide professional, financial, or legal advice.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by LumaReport and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service. On paid plans, reports you export may be white-labeled with your own branding.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, and AI processing. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.
9. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumaReport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
